 Available Older Puppies/Dogs

Below you will find a list of dogs or older puppies we currently have available for adoption. The Adoption process is similar to our puppy process. An application must be filled out before adoption is considered. After the application is sent in and reviewed, you will be contacted to further discuss whether you are a good candidate before being allowed to adopt one of our dogs. A purchase contract as well as a health guarantee contract will still be signed by both parties before the dog leaves. The price of the dog reflects the dog's value, along with training that may have already been completed. The dog is adopted with limited registration unless otherwise discussed beforehand with us. If you have an interest in full registration, you must leave a comment in the application section so we are made aware, and we can ask appropriate questions ( there will be an additional fee for full registration). Please understand that we take home placement very seriously to ensure the fit is best for both potential adopters and the dog.  We do not adopt without taking all applications and potential adopters into consideration.

Monroe – Available to the Right Home

After thoughtful consideration, we have made the decision to place Monroe as part of a planned shift within our program.

As we continue to grow and refine our program, we are moving away from housing intact males on our property. Additionally, Monroe’s bloodlines are now closely tied to the females we have retained, making him no longer a fit for our future breeding plans. This is a program-based decision only and not a reflection of Monroe in any way.

Monroe is truly one of the most gentle and intuitive dogs we have ever owned. He is incredibly in tune with his people, naturally staying right by your side and moving with intention. He does not demand attention or try to be first, he is patient, thoughtful, and steady in everything he does.

He is e-collar trained and reliable off lead, returning with just a tone. He has a nice, balanced energy level. He enjoys walks and exploring but settles easily in the home and is very laid back day to day.

Monroe is crate trained, fully house broke, and has a solid foundation in obedience. He is wonderful with children and has always been extremely gentle and aware around them.

Due to the timing of when Monroe joined us, he was not extensively socialized with a wide variety of dogs outside of our home environment. He has done well with dogs that have come onto our property, but can be vocal when passing unfamiliar dogs in public settings. Because of this, while we do not believe this is aggression, we do not have a full baseline for how he would integrate into a multi-dog household. For that reason, we feel he would do best as an only dog or in a home experienced with proper introductions and structure.

Monroe is 4.5 years old, up to date on all vaccines, and on monthly preventatives.

He will be placed in a pet home only under a neuter contract.
Rehoming fee: $800

We are in no rush and will be very selective in his placement. Our goal is to find a home where he can continue to thrive and receive the one-on-one attention he naturally seeks.

Placement will be based on best fit, not first come first served. Finding the right home for Monroe is our priority.

If you feel you may be a good fit for Monroe, please reach out with information about your home and lifestyle.
