Puppy Application & Purchase Process

Below is a list of our currently available puppies. Our website is updated regularly, and all information shown is accurate.

To be considered for a puppy, all families must first complete the puppy application below. This helps us ensure our puppies are placed in the best possible homes.

Callback List & Pregnancy Confirmation Deposit

Submitting an application allows you to be considered for placement on our callback list for upcoming litters.

Once a pregnancy is confirmed, we require a $50 callback list deposit to secure your place on the waitlist and guarantee your position for puppy selection, if a spot is available.

Please note:

• Submitting an application does not guarantee placement on the callback list

• Waitlist spots may be limited, especially for specific sex and color preferences, and are not guaranteed

• Deposits are only requested if a waitlist spot is available

• Incomplete applications will not receive placement on the callback list

• Please be sure to include current and complete contact information

Waitlist communication & movement policy

To allow us to move through the list efficiently and fairly:

• If you do not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, your position will be moved down the waitlist

• If no response is received within 72 hours, your callback list deposit will be forfeited

If you are moved down the list far enough that availability is no longer realistic for your selected sex or color:

• You will be moved to a consideration list (in the event another family backs out), or

• Offered placement on a future litter list

If you are moved too far down the list for reasonable availability, we will also issue a refund of your callback list deposit.

About the callback list deposit

The callback list deposit:

• Is separate from the puppy reservation deposit

• Will be applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy if you move forward

• Is refundable only if:

  • A pregnancy is not confirmed, or

  • A puppy matching your selected sex and color is not available at birth, or

  • You are moved too far down the list for realistic availability

• May be transferred to a future litter if your preference is unavailable

• Is non-refundable if you choose to withdraw, change your mind, pursue a puppy elsewhere, or fail to respond within the stated timeframes

This policy allows us to reserve spots fairly and ensures commitment from families who wish to move forward.

Puppy Reservation & Final Deposit

We do not accept puppy reservation deposits until puppies are 2 weeks old, once they have passed the critical newborn stage.

At that time:

• Approved families will be contacted in callback list order

• All information regarding dates, availability, and next steps will be communicated directly to individuals on the waitlist

• Please be prepared to respond promptly so we can move through the list efficiently

When moving forward:

• A $200 non-refundable puppy reservation deposit is required to reserve a specific puppy

• Puppies are reserved in the order deposits are received

• Your official pick number will be assigned on your deposit contract once the deposit is received

• This deposit will also be applied toward the total purchase price

Puppy selection takes place at approximately 4 weeks of age.

Additional Information

• Puppies are sold with limited registration

• Individual puppy prices are listed on our website

• For the safety of our dogs and puppies, we do not allow visitors until pickup day

• We are happy to provide frequent photos, videos, and FaceTime updates

• We accept Venmo and Apple Pay for deposits

• The remaining balance is due at pickup in cash

Puppy Pricing – The Equinox Litter

• $50 Waitlist Deposit
  Required to hold your spot on the waitlist. Call-back and puppy selection order are determined by the order deposits are received.

• $200 Reservation Deposit (Due at 2 Weeks Old)
  Required to officially reserve a puppy and secure your place in selection order.

• $1,550 Final Payment (Due at Pick-Up)
  Remaining balance is due in cash at the time of pick-up.

 Total Puppy Price: $1,800
  (This total includes the $50 waitlist deposit, $200 reservation deposit, and $1,550         final payment. No additional fees.)

Puppy Pickup Policy

Pickup arrangements are finalized approximately two weeks prior to the scheduled pickup date. Pickups are typically held on a weekend, and each family will be assigned a 45-minute time slot. Before submitting a deposit, buyers must understand and agree that pickup will be scheduled for the weekend on or immediately after the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age. Travel and personal schedules should be planned accordingly prior to placing a deposit.

We are located in Virginia, and we do not ship puppies under any circumstances. This includes ground transport, third-party transport services, and cargo or in-cabin flights. All puppies must be picked up in person by the new owner in Virginia. For families traveling from out of the area, a meeting at the nearest major airport may be arranged, but only if this is disclosed and approved before a deposit contract is issued. Exceptions will not be made after the fact.

In-person pickup is required so that contracts can be signed, the puppy care binder reviewed, and all questions answered directly to ensure a responsible and informed transition into the new home.

For biosecurity and the safety of our dogs, other pets are not permitted at pickup appointments. If pets are brought, they must remain inside the vehicle at all times and may not exit the vehicle for any reason. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent stress to our parent dogs and to reduce the risk of disease exposure to young puppies.
